Volair Mach 1 Forza Pickleball Paddle
As the name would suggest, the Volair Mach 1 Forza Paddle takes the tried-and-true design of the Mach 1 and packs it with a little extra power and strength. Company co-founder and pro player Julian "Andiamo!" Arnold designed this paddle to provide controllable power. Available in two thicknesses, both the 14mm (0.55") and 16mm (0.63") thick designs balance power and touch, with the lighter 8-ounce 14mm packing a little extra punch, and the 8.2-ounce 16mm design offering a slightly softer and more forgiving feel.
Both thicknesses of the Mach 1 Forza Pickleball Paddle from Volair boast a polymer honeycomb core with foam walls injected around the perimeter. This combination creates a muted noise upon ball impact, and forgiveness on off center strikes by stretching the sweet spot nearly from edge to edge of the 7.5" width. Maintaining the same shape as the original Mach 1, the Forza offers a 16.5" overall length. The raw T700 carbon fiber hitting surface and 5.5" long handle handle encourage two-handed ground strokes and impressive topspin. The thermoformed construction adds a smidge more power as well as confidence-inspiring consistency of ball response to help you put opponents away early and often.
Whether you want to let it fly or prefer a softer feel, the Mach 1 Forza Carbon Fiber Paddle from Volair Pickleball will allow you to play a powerful-yet-controlled game, just like the man who designed it.
