Free shipping will go either FedEx Home Delivery (ground), USPS First Class or USPS Priority. USPS First Class will deliver within 7 days, USPS Priority will generally deliver within 3 days - often less, but delivery times are not guaranteed. UPS ground can take 3 - 7 business days in the contiguous 48 states. *Shipments under 5 pounds to Alaska and Hawaii ship for free, and can take as long as 10 to 15 days. (Free shipping offer excludes Puerto Rico, Guam, and Virgin Islands.)
Daily Order Processing Cut-off Times:
Our daily order processing cut-off time is 11:00 AM Eastern Time / 8:00 AM Pacific Time Monday - Friday. We ship most products from Logan, Utah. Orders submitted prior to 8:00 AM Pacific Time are typically shipped the same day. Certain large items that are drop-shipped from other locations are excluded from this same-day order processing policy. If an item is exempt from this policy, it will be noted in the product details for that item. Please note that adverse weather and holidays can impact delivery times, as well.

International Shipping
International orders are generally shipped with USPS International First Class or Priority which takes 6 to 10 business days. FedEx international shipping is also available. Note that FedEx will add on brokerage fees for all international shipments.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; PickleballCentral has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Refused international orders are not eligible for refund of original shipping charges.
US Postal Service Special Priority Mail Upgrade Option
If you are ordering something light weight, generally less than a couple pounds, you may be presented a special $6.99 Priority Mail Shipping Upgrade option. This upgrade is only available to lighter shipments, and gives you the ability to receive your package via Priority Mail. Priority Mail generally delivers within 2 to 3 business days (but is not guaranteed), so this is a great option to inexpensively expedite your shipment during the holiday rush.
