After experiencing great success on the professional pickleball tour, but becoming disillusioned by paddles that couldn't withstand the spin-happy and hard-hitting pace of the modern game, James Ignatowich retired from playing pickleball and put on his CEO hat. Co-founding RPM Pickleball along with lifelong racket sports enthusiast, Division 1 tennis player, and analytical problem solver Marwan Abaza, Ignatowich and the team at RPM are changing the game through their relentlessly data-driven approach to paddle design, manufacturing techniques, and materials science.
