Medium: 9" - 11" or 22 - 27 cm
Large: 11" - 13" or 27 - 33 cm
X-Large: 13" - 15" or 33 - 38 cm
Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Rinse thoroughly and air dry.

    Doesn't seem to provide very much support. It's a bit tight, but a larger size would be too loose.
