If you want a wallet-friendly paddle with an equally friendly design, then you need to take a look at the Kanga Wood Paddle! This charming kangaroo-covered paddle will have you bounding across the courts without delay. If the bright look doesn’t put a smile on your face, the comfortable grip and sturdy design certainly will.

The Kanga Wood Paddle is lighter than most comparable equipment, only weighing 9 – 10.6 oz. The plush grip is great for keeping your hands safe and at ease during play, with ribbing that helps secure your hand against the handle. My friends want to experience Pickleball. Now I’ve got some inexpensive paddles they can use to try out the game.

We wanted to try a real wood paddle to experience the difference in play. It has a smaller face than we are used to so it makes it a challenge but the reaction off the paddle is more predictable and you don't have to worry about dead spots. If you are used to a bigger paddle face I would suggest looking for another brand.

The paddles are lightweight and easy to grip and to use. Unfortunately, the wood chipped on the ends of the paddles within only a couple of uses.
