CRBN-1X Power Series Carbon Fiber Pickleball Paddle

CRBN Pickleball welcomes to their well-loved collection of paddles the CRBN-1X Power Series. Both the 14 millimeter (0.55") and 16 millimeter (0.63") core thickness options provide premium performance and exceptional control that will help even experienced players take their game to the next level. Make no mistake, even though these are called the "Power Series," and they do have more power on tap than CRBN's original CRBN-1 and CRBN-2 paddles, these are still mostly control-oriented paddles which strike a better balance on the "control vs. power" scale. The source of this balanced performance resides in the reinforced unibody carbon fiber construction that combines with the longer 16.5" x 7.5" dimensions and 8-ounce weight to help you achieve quick swing speed and crispy ball contact, leading to dominant drives and solid overhead slams. Meanwhile, the perfect amount of surface texture maintains the aggressive level of ball spin that CRBN is known for, and the Toray carbon fiber face material enhances dwell time and helps you keep your dinks low.

Power-focused players understand that with great power comes greater impact shock. To mitigate injury-inducing vibrations, the CRBN-1X paddle uses a thick polypropylene honeycomb core, foam-injected edge walls, and ergonomic grip to help minimize shock to your arm and dilute vibrations before they reach your elbow. These materials also enhance the paddle's sweet spot to help you place shots more consistently and reduce mis-hits.

You don't want to just play—you want to dominate on the court. If all you need is a little extra power and feel in order to achieve consistent wins, then the CRBN-1X Power Series Carbon Fiber paddle will help elevate your game.

This is a great paddle. I finally found the paddle that has all of the attributes I’ve been looking for. After trying 6 to 8 paddles over the last couple of years, this paddle has everything I’ve been looking for, power, spin & control. Thank you Pickleball Central for your 30 day “try & return” policy. It gave me the opportunity to try a number of paddles until I found the one I loved.

The CRBN 1X gives me confidence. This paddle has plenty of power and control and just crazy spin. I have both the 14 & 16 mm models and play with both. As advertised the 16 offers more control and the 14 more power. I have found that I play with the 14 more often. It just feels better. I'm a 73 yo intermediate. Still fit and strong enough. <><

Paddle is the best I've played. Firm when you swing hard, soft when you want to dink. The handle being a reinforced construction has been the best change for me. I am fairly new to Pickleball but work at a high level in the golf industry for an OEM. I get the whole marketing side of things and companies make claims and try to describe their paddle against competition. Every claim CRBN makes is spot on. Will for sure be loyal to this brand for some time to come. High price point but extremely worth it. For $50 extra who cares.
