Middleweight/Small Grip

adidas ESSNOVA CARBON ATTK Pickleball Paddle

The adidas ESSNOVA paddles combine a high quality "Carbon 3k" face material, with a low-density 14.28mm (0.56") thick poly honeycomb core. The CARBON ATTK (pronounced "attack") marries those control-oriented elements with a power-oriented elongated shape to create a well-balanced paddle with good reach. Take advantage of the long paddle face to put some extra zing in your passing shots. Add the familiar adidas three stripes and you have a paddle that looks as good as it plays.

A more control-oriented version of the ADIPOWER ATTK, the ESSNOVA ATTK features a moderately-elongated shape which measures 16-1/2" long, by 7-1/2" wide. It is a mid-weight paddle, arriving between 7.7 and 8.2 oz. The handle is a standard 4-3/4" in length, with a small'ish 4-1/8" circumference.

Whether you play singles or an attacking-style doubles, this paddle will give you a little extra on your ground strokes while being consistent and controllable on your dinks. The ESSNOVA CARBON ATTK Pickleball Paddle by adidas is designed for intermediate-to-advanced levels of play.

Actual grip sizes may vary up to 1/8".

  • Great Paddle for advanced level

I bought this one to complement my Adidas Attack paddle and it has performed better than expected. It brings up the level of play to where I get more spin and control. Both paddles are phenomenal!

I loved this paddle when I got it. After using it for about 3 hours in total the insides seemed to change. I'll be sending it back, hopefully it was just a one time issue.

  • Adidas Paddle Esnova Carbon Attack

I like the paddle. The surface is smooth so I didn't see any spin benefit. The paddle is solid and a large sweetspot. I would keep the paddle if around hundred bucks or less. I just don't see this paddle worth $150 compared to others. Power was about the same as my selkirk.

  • My Opponents Felt a Big Difference

I absolutely love this paddle. It is an attractive paddle that stands out amongst other paddles. The colors are great and I know the Adidas brand is a quality product. Since I'm only 5' tall I favor an elongated paddle. The extra length gives me the extended reach for my strokes. The cushioned grip is very comfortable. The handle length is great for two handed backhands. Great distribution of weight; first time holding it, I really liked it. No need to get used to the feel, immediate satisfaction on it's play. The composition of the Carbon 3K face and its core in Polypropylene Honeycomb increased the power in my serves and strokes. The Spin Blade created more spin on my serve and strokes too. I compared the Adidas Essnova Carbon ATTK with my other paddle and my opponents felt a big difference. They could actually hear the spin of my ball. Pretty cool. I had great control on my strokes and especially my dinking. I felt no vibration from contact of pickleball on paddle. Just an extremely great feel. I had such great confidence in the Adidas Essnova Carbon ATTK that I played it in my singles matches, Senior Tournament. Loved the feel of the grip and paddle performance. I was playing in the heat of the day and had no issues with slippage of grip. I played all out and the paddle performed. Best of all I beat a woman who has always beaten me before. That was fun! I would highly recommend the Adidas Essnova Carbon ATTK for all levels of play. Great, great paddle!

  • Should Make Advanced Players Very Happy

I am an advanced 4.0 female player who has been playing for 7 years. I compete in national pickleball tournaments around the United States. I loved the shape of the Adidas Essnova Carbon ATTK pickleball paddle. The grip is excellent, with small holes and sufficient stickiness for a very sweaty environment. It has the squared off edges, which I prefer in a paddle. It also comes with a longer blade and therefore offers more reach to those like me who need it. It's power advantage is very clear, and it has the sound to compliment that. The carbon fiber with honeycomb core allows it to do the job in a fine way. I noticed that this paddle is designed more for the advanced and intermediate player. It should make many of them very happy. Spinning the ball was a total breeze with its spin blade technology! This paddle has the whole package…..of power, control, and spin! Hats off to Adidas for entering the pickleball paddle universe. Welcome to the fastest growing sport in the world!
