The thickness of the balls means when they land directly on one of the holes, the ball will bounce off in an unexpected direction. Has anyone else noticed this?

Please be aware that indoor balls (those with the larger holes) are for indoor courts with wooden floors Buy outdoor balls (smaller holes) a f playing inside on a concrete floor. Customer service was not helpful and now stuck with them

PBC Reply: Hello! We are sorry for the confusion! Just to clarify, indoor balls can definitely be used on concrete, if it's a smooth concrete, like you might find in a warehouse. If it's a rough concrete, like asphalt, then you would be better served by an outdoor ball. It is true that the surface of the court can be more important to ball selection than whether the court is enclosed. Outdoor balls have smaller holes to accommodate for wind resistance, so using them indoors will make for a faster game; however, they will also perform better and last longer against an abrasive surface than their indoor counterpart.
I apologize for any crossed-wires. Our customer service team knows their stuff, but miscommunications happen on occasion. In those rare instances, we always want to do what we can to make it right. I will be reaching out to you personally to make sure that we get you the ball that is right for your court. -PBC
