VERSIX® 6C+ RAW T700 Toray Carbon Fiber Elongated Pickleball Paddle

More about the VERSIX® RAW 6C+ Pickleball Paddle!

An elongated shape and raw carbon fiber face meet tremendous value in the well-balanced VERSIX® RAW 6C Carbon Fiber Paddle. While overall length is 16-3/8", the 10-5/8" by 7-3/8" raw carbon fiber hitting surface creates elongated reach and leverage that adds power to your serves and drives to help you land the ball deep in the court. The 5.75" long handle  is perfect for two-handed strikes, and arrives wrapped in a cushioned and perforated grip encouraging control and confidence. On shots needing more precision, the raw carbon fiber surface causes the ball to compress and linger on the face just a tad longer, so the texture of the raw T700 Toray carbon fiber finish can impart impressive amounts of spin. The RAW hits the sweet spot of price and performance!

Whether you are trying to find your desired paddle feel, or know that a balanced RAW Carbon Fiber paddle will work for you, the 15mm (0.59") thick polypropylene core will provide you with a soft feel and forgiveness to help you continue to grow as a player. The 8.0-ounce middleweight mass of this paddle helps you reload back to ready position faster, while the secure edge guard protects the premium materials even after repeated bumps and scrapes against the court's playing surface.

The 6C+ RAW Carbon Fiber Paddle from VERSIX® Pickleball is a control-oriented paddle, with a powerful elongated shape and crazy spin potential, to help you add impressive shots to your repertoire. VERSIX RAW - Your Game, Elevated.

I love this paddle. It is the perfect balance for me of power and control. And I prefer a lighter paddle and this weight allows for great fire fights....and the price is great@ Proves you don't have to pay $200+ to get a good paddle.

  • From 5 Stars to 4 Stars, then back to 5 Stars

I called Pickleball Central around 6 months ago and spoke with a really nice young lady named Anastasia. I told her something along the lines of "I really like my current paddle, but I'd like a new paddle that will feel about the same in my hands but will give me more power and more spin." Anastasia recommended the Versix Raw 6C+, and it was exactly what I wanted - the grip, weight and swing were almost identical to my previous paddle, but it gave me more power and more spin without giving up any control. Definitely a 5 Star rating. But a few weeks ago the edge guard cracked a bit. And then it cracked a bit more. And then a bit more. I wasn't too upset. I've got a 4.1 DUPR, typically play pickleball more than 12 hours a week, and when I divided what I paid for the paddle by the number of hours I'd played, it worked out that the paddle cost me less than 40 cents per hour of playing time. But while I wasn't too upset, I'd used each my previous 3 paddles much longer than I'd used the Versix, and the edge guards on each of them are still intact. So I'd change my rating of the Versix from 5 Stars to 4. But then I called Pickleball Central again and said something like "I've been using the Versix for around 6 months and it is everything I wanted in a paddle, but the edge guard has cracked. I think edge guards should last longer than 6 months, so I'd like to buy a paddle similar to the Versix that has an edge guard that will last longer than 6 months." And the nice young lady I was talking with told me that Versix agreed paddle guards should last longer than 6 months. She replaced the paddle under warranty, and I'm now playing with a brand new Versix Raw 6C+ that has a completely intact edge guard. And that moves the 4 Star rating back up to a 5 Star rating.

  • My favorite paddle

my favorite out of 5 that i own, dimensions are perfect to me, 4.75 player, I like this 5.75 handle better than 5.5 in because it cuts through air slightly but noticeably faster while it still has a large face, to me a 5.5 in handle is too short and can't fit my 2hbh, I like Versix's 15mm better than my vatic's 14mm and 16mm because my 14mm has no control, nice pop, the negative is that it loses 5% of its pop after 2 months of heavy play and then it doesn't lose pop after that, all of my paddles similarly lost pop except for my ethos scoria, but i like this paddle better than my 6in handle ethos and because versix has control, balance, and a large hitting surface, out of the box it is more control than power, so I added technifibre 2g lead bars, 2g at 10 o clock and 2g at 2 o clock to make it stable and have plow from baseline, this makes the 5% loss in pop a non factor, these dimensions are actually perfect, nice handle, good price and sleek, thanks Versix

I’ve used various paddles over the years. This paddle offers great stability, touch, power, and my favorite SPIN. Hands down the best paddle for the $$. So good I bought a second one.

Has a nice grip, light has some pop but I would say it’s not for the power player. This is more for the player who likes to control the ball and precise style of play.

I took off one star since there is no 16mm version. Love the control, spin and power. Is it too much to ask for another 16mm version? After one week, I'm impressed with the spin, control and power (not my top concern) for the money. Granted, none of us has any track record of its durability. It's definitely a top value contender for a carbon paddle.

I am a 3.25 player and this paddle has helped my game. I feel like the longer handle gives me more control and reach in both forhand and backhand. It feels a little soft when returning a hard hit ball but overall I really like this paddle.

Came to pickleball from long background in racquetball. First paddle ever owned and wanted something in elongated shape. This paddle played well but the durability was not great. Had the rim on both sides of paddle break apart within 2.5 months of intermittent play. Seemed like a good value at time of purchase but I will try another brand and model before this one again. ***PBC Response*** Thanks for taking the time to leave a review!
