Not as good as the 2.0

I bought this as it was used and a good price. I had tried high ebd paddles and found them to be lacking. Most were too light. They didn't have the pop of the Rally 2.0, my first paddle since starting. While the 5.0 seems to have the same pop as the 2.0, the handle is larger in circumferance causing it to feel strange in my hand and I don't seem to have the soft game that I had developed with the 2.0. I would send it back and get another 2.0 for a second paddle but PC doesn't allow return of used paddles.

After four years my old Rally Graphite racket needed replacement. I ordered a used Rally Graphite Power 5.0 but after using it for about 20 minutes I noticed the handle was bending where it attaches to the racket. I called PB Central and sent them a video of the problem. They looked for a used replacement but none was available. I was thinking they would give me a store credit but instead they sent me a brand new racket. That kind of customer service is hard to find today. Kudos to PBC.
