SPECIAL POLICY FOR SHOE RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
• A customer may try on shoes in a clean, indoor environment to assess sizing and comfort. Shoes cannot be worn outdoors or in active play which causes any wear, discoloration, dirt, or scuffs.
• Shoes that have been worn cannot be returned unless they fall under the Limited warranty policy (see warranty information below).
• Returned shoes must be in new condition. Shoes must include the original manufacturer’s box, packing tissue and tags. The original shoe box must be returned without any tape, labels, or other items degrading, altering, or damaging it.
• Eligible returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• For customers in the 48 continental United States, a postage-paid return label to PickleballCentral is included with every shoe purchase.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

I was a little skeptical about going with sketchers for my Pickleball shoes. Usually I wear KSwiss or another brand. THE SKETCHERS ARE OUTSTANDING! Extremely comfortable with great arch support. Not a big fan of the color options but the fit and comfort are superb!

The shoes were cute and well-padded for comfort. However, I had to return them because even in my normal sneaker size (Fila, Nike, KSwiss, Asics all 8 1/2), and when laced up tight I could actually slip them on and off! Not safe for playing pickleball since my heels came up out of the shoes. Sad.

I wasn't sure about this purchase but friends bought them and said they were really good. I have viewed Skechers as casual tennis shoes but not really for sports. I couldn't have been more wrong. I have to have a very stable shoe due to surgeries on both of my feet. So far, these shoes have exceeded my expectations. I have only had them for a month so I can't comment on how long the soles last but my friends have found that they are very long lasting. I was strictly a K-Swiss person but now, Skechers all the way.

I was skeptical that a PB shoe would provide noticeably better performance than a court shoe, but ordered these to check. I’m amazed that they really do make a difference in stability, grip and balance. I also love that they are light weight and much cooler than my other court shoes. They seem to have extra material in the places that my other court shoes usually wear out. I have hard to fit feet so I’m also surprised how comfortable they are. I expect these shoes will perform much longer than what I’ve been using. Seriously, rarely write reviews for anything, but these shoes really are great!

I play 16 hours of pickleball a week. This shoe has good arch support. However, the left shoe has a pressure point on the instep aboout 3" from the pinky toe. It causes pain and red mark and brusing to the whole instep. It may be from the seam on the shoe tongue pressing on the instep. I can't return them because I wore them a few times thinking they would stretch out, but it hasn't. The right shoe has no problems. Sorry I didn't try them around trhe house for a longer period.
