We are new to the sport. However, my family has played tennis, so we have racquet skills and court awareness. I gave this set to my husband for a Father’s Day gift. We have used the set several times. I have played with the paddles and play with a different brand so I do have something to compare these paddles to. We like this set very much. It’s a great value for the social player. I’m very satisfied with quality of the bag, the balls and paddles for the price and intention we have in mind for the set. The paddles do have a bit of grit on the surface, the grip length is not short. Not an overly loud paddle.

I purchased a set of 2 Flare paddles about 4 years ago when I retired. Now my kids and grandkids play so I purchased a set of 4 more. Great price and service. Love the set. Our church now has two pickleball courts in our gym. We ordered one bag for each of the courts. Good quality and price. Didn't like the balls as well as the extra Jugs balls we also ordered.
