Awesome buying experience

I ordered this paddle online and it couldn't have been easier. There was a comments section where I was able to include my preferred color and weight. I received a paddle very close to my specs and it was in excellent condition. I ordered this item on a Thursday via the standard free shipping and received it Saturday. That's two day delivery from Washington state to North Carolina! This is my first high end paddle and it's taken me a couple of days to get used to it but I believe I made the right choice. Thank you Pickleball Central and USPS for this great buying experience.

The first paddle sent was the wrong weight, it was a lite 7.8 instead of a featherweight. It was clearly marked as that so should not have been shipped. However with that said, after a call I was promptly sent a new paddle with the correct weight and although it was used it looked new. I am very happy with the purchase but would encourage better quality control in shipping correct product in the first place. Love the paddle!

This paddle arrived looking brand new, not a mark on it. Saved a lot of $$. So far I like it very much, though did have to add some lead tape. (Ordered lightweight, not feather weight).

This is my 2nd paddle purchased. I retuned my first paddle as it was not a good fit for me and my customer service and refund was excellent. Then I took a chance on this used paddle and it arrived looking brand new and so far has been working great for me. It arrived quickly and I trust pickleball central for any future purchases.

Received my 4th used paddle from Pickle Ball Central. Paddle was in excellent condition and I’m very pleased with my purchase. I’ve purchased 4 each used paddles from Pickle Ball Central and all but one was received as described. They quickly allowed me to return the one paddle and get a store credit towards my next paddle purchase. The staff is excellent to work with. Recommend anyone needing pickle ball equipment to purchase from Pickle Ball Central.
