The OS1st KS7+ Adjustable Performance Knee Sleeve is a modified version of the standard KS7 Brace that comes with a top band to provide more security and a longer fit for better coverage on tall users. It is intended to treat runner’s knee, IT band syndrome, arthritis and swelling thanks to its medical-grade Compression Zone Technology.
The OS1st KS7+ Adjustable Performance Knee Sleeve uses moisture-wicking fabric to help prevent sweat build up and uses silver ion technology to reduce odor. It should only be hand washed and hang dried to preserve its structure and durability. The gel grip along the band will help to keep stabilize it against the area above the knee.
