The JOOLA Ben Johns Hyperion CFS 14 Graphite Paddle encourages aggressive play with a Carbon Friction Surface, Reactive Honeycomb Polymer Core, and a CX carbon forged handle. The Carbon Friction Surface brings texture to the table, for imparting a frustrating degree of spin onto your cut shots, while the 14mm thick (0.55") honeycomb core and Hyperfoam Edge Wall (foam injected around the perimeter, beneath the edge guard) mitigate impact vibrations while boosting power. Meanwhile, the CX carbon forged handle not only offers durability, but flexes slightly for additional power.

At an average weight of 8.2 oz. on the Standard CFS 14 lands at the heavier end of the midweight spectrum, while the lighter-weight Swift option weighs in at an average of 7.9 oz. Overall dimensions are 16.5" long by 7.5" wide, with a 5.5" handle length and 4-1/8" grip circumference. The handle arrives wrapped in JOOLA's popular Sure-Grip ridged and perforated grip in white. Finally, the Aero Curve rounded top edge is designed to reduce drag and increase swing speed.

    Nice paddle. Very lively for shots hit without some type of ‘character’ to them. Very fast paddle in Swift weight, and still plenty of power.

    Great paddle however this paddle is highly prone to break at the handle neck. Joola knows this and is walking a fine line only replacing within warranty and it's several weeks out if you're in warranty. Buyer beware.

    Bought the standard weight version. Average weight is supposed to be 8.2, but the one I received was 7.9.
