HEAD Project Flex 2026 Pickleball Paddle
The HEAD Project Flex 2026 Pickleball Paddle came out of HEAD’s effort to build something unique and forward-thinking through its Project Series, and the result is a 16in x 7.5in paddle centered on controlled frame flex rather than maximum power. The platform started life with a more power-driven direction, but the final version landed in a more balanced all-court space. What makes it interesting is how the frame gives through contact, helping the ball stay connected to the face a little longer when we are shaping drives, rolling volleys, blocking pace, or settling into the soft game.
At the center of that feel is HEAD’s patent-pending DualFusion Frame, which combines a rigid carbon outer tube with a more flexible fiberglass inner tube. The two materials work together to create flex and snapback while keeping the paddle stable through impact. An EPP Foam Core with TPE Shell supports that response, and the Raw Carbon Hitting Surface gives us the bite we want for spin and shot shaping. That fits the whole point of the Project Series pretty well. HEAD is trying new ideas, getting them into players’ hands, and seeing what actually works on court. Give it a Shot feels like the right way to frame it.
