Subscribe and Save Program

Definition

Pickleball Central's "Subscribe & Save" program is available on a subset of our products. If available, you will see options to select a delivery frequency and an offer (usually a 10% discount) for subscribing to the product. Subscription frequency options usually look similar to this:

Once a frequency option is selected and the product is added to your shopping cart you must complete your purchase using a credit card, which enables us to auto-bill that card for future shipments on the frequency you have selected.

Managing Your Subscription

Once subscribed, log into your user account and select MY SUBSCRIPTIONS from the menu on the left. From here, you have many options at your disposal and can manage your own subscription in a number of ways. From here you can manage your payment cards on file, edit many of the details of your subscription, and view your upcoming scheduled shipments.

Subscription Plan Management Options

Button Descriptions

  • Switch Plan - allows you to change the frequency of your automatic shipments.
  • Cancel Plan - allows you to self-cancel your subscription plan.
  • Pause - allows you to temporarily pause your subscription; you will not be charged and you will not receive any automatic shipments until you unpause or cancel your plan.
  • Skip/Reschedule - allows you to skip or reschedule your next scheduled shipment; receive shipments when you want them!
  • Edit Product - allows you to change certain options about the product and plan to which you are subscribed.
  • Edit Quantity - allows you to change the quantity of the subscribed product you wish to receive in your shipments; go from one dozen pickleballs per shipment to two dozen at the click of a button! The amount you are auto-charged for each shipment will update according to your changes.
  • Cancel Item - allows you to remove a subscribed-to product from your overall plan. This is most helpful if you are subscribed to more than one product.
