Rival PowerSpin 2.0 Paddle by PROLITE

The Rival PowerSpin 2.0 Paddle features a circular shape that creates a big sweet spot with consistent play across the face. For players who want to make the most of their paddle's surface area and enjoy a high amount of reactivity, this paddle is sure to please. The broad 8-1/4" width offers plenty of room for both striking and defense, while the polymer core helps to soften impact and maintain a sturdy feel.

The Rival PowerSpin 2.0 Composite Paddle is slightly head weighted and ranges from 7.7 - 7.9 oz. It has a medium grip circumference that is pleasantly cushioned with a 5" long handle. The surface of the paddle has UV protection so the eye-catching graphics will resist fading over time. The composition of the paddle allows the ball to dwell on the face, which contributes to enhanced spin ability. The edge guard has a low profile with tapering to allow for as much usable space as possible. The core is 14mm (0.55") thick which provides a nice combination of touch and power.

"Controllable power" is the name of the game and PROLITE delivers the tools to defeat your rivals every time!

Actual grip sizes may vary up to 1/8".

Excellent. Great feedback by expert on phone knowing paddles and specs as well as how they relate to your tennis levels (in my case) and how to help you find excellent paddle based on this info.

  • Right paddle for me

    Aug 8, 2022

I'm a 3.0 aiming g to improve my game. This paddle gives me power and control. I got the medium weight because I am pretty strong. Definitely recommend!

Love the grip and paddle performance. Helps me control shots better than my other paddles.

Great paddle. I ordered a second one as back up. I prefer the middle weight on the edge of heavy at 8.3 to 8.4 ounces. Plenty of power and absorbs smash shots at the kitchen line for excellent control. Sweet spot is large. Massive spin versus several other paddles I've tried.

  • Controllable Power!

Between its heavier than average weight and the composite fiberglass face, this is a power-generating machine! However, the slightly thicker core tempers that power when it comes time to employ a strategic short game from the kitchen line, and ball placement is easier than expected. Highly recommended!

  • Great Paddle, Excellent Control and Feel

    Jul 14, 2021

This is a great paddle with a nice, large sweet spot. Hits just outside of the sweet spot remain solid and controlled. It's very forgiving. The thick core generates ample power when attacking while remaining controlled at defending attacks . The surface doesn't feel as "highly textured" as the description implies. It feels similar to my other graphite paddle with a smooth but not slick matted finish. Spin is not exceptional, but it is above average. It is enough to shape shots and counter-attack opponent's spin shots. The handle is more oval in shape than the typical tennis-like handles with more defined flat sides. It is very comfortable in my large-sized hand. Overall, I'm very happy with the play from this paddle. It's really a 4.5 stars. If the spin were exceptional, I'd give it a solid 5 stars.
