This pack is OK but not as useful as my old Franklin pack that they don't make any more. I am disappointed in the Onix pack because it doesn't even have a fence hook and they seem to be more concerned with a place to store my shoes than the overall functionality of the pack. I am not really happy with this product and regret purchasing it. I am trying to find an old Franklin pack.

Perfect for my needs, so many separate compartments to hold everything - shoes, paddle, and anything else you need fits. The pink is very cute, and easy to carry. Love it!!

I’m enjoying this bag as it has more than enough room for all my essentials. I returned a different Onyx bag that was big and bulky and has zipper that didn’t work. No such issues here. Everything is as I had hoped. Now if it could only help me cut down on my unforced errors, then I’d give it 5 stars.

This pack is very light and has tons of room. Padded paddle pocket. Various other pockets for items large and small. I love it! It would be better if the shoe storage compartment had a ridged roof. When you load the pack without shoes in it, it pushes down into shoe space making it extremely difficult to store shoes without first removing items in upper compartment first.

Backpack Great, Delivery Not So Much

I love my new backpack. It's even cooler than the description promised. However, I was promised delivery in 2-6 business days, and I was very excited to have it in time for my very first tournament. It came right after the tournament ended. I was very disappointed by that. Very glad to have it now.
