I felt the paddle had a dead spot in upper left third of paddle. The paddle artived with a white film about an inch away from the edge trim in that area like it had been refurbished/ glued? I thought the paddle was inconsistent in response to where the ball hit the face of paddle I loved the handle grip!***PBC Response*** Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! Best paddle so far! High quality with just the right amount of pop and control. I like the 7.8 oz weight and even balance weight more towards the handle vs the paddle head. I’m a female intermediate player.

I wasn't sure about keeping the paddle after the first use, but after the second use, my game improved greatly. I have better control and can execute my shots with more precision. My friends would comment on some of my great shots, and I would tell them, it's not me the paddle just knows where the ball should go. I love this paddle.

My first premium paddle was the CRBN 2 16mm, which was a GREAT paddle for all the reasons you read about. Unfortunately, I had some issues with the handle and replaced it with the Joola Scorpeus Anna Bright 14mm. I must say, this paddle has FAR EXCEEDED my expectations! The performance has been OUTSTANDING!!! More POP, punch, and POWER! GREAT feel and control, even on soft drops and shots. Without question, my search for a better paddle has stopped. This is my game. I highly recommend this paddle! BTW, I added 3 grams of weight on the sides of the paddle (6 grams total) and 3 grams to the top center.

This paddle is the best! Control, grit and just the right amount of pop. I’ve played the Hyperion, too soft, the power air, too poppy and not enough control. This one is just right!
