Gearbox Pressure X 8E Elongated+ 16mm Pickleball Paddle

The Pressure X 8E is built for players who want to stay aggressive while keeping a little more time on the ball. Its 16.5in x 7.375in Elongated+ shape gives us reach and leverage on drives, serves, and overheads, while the tapered throat and 5.5in handle leaves room for two-handed backhands. Where the Pressure X 8M is tuned for quicker release, the 8E extends dwell to 3.13 ms for a deeper, more connected response. That extra interaction shows up when we roll drives, control depth, redirect counters, and shape spin through the ball.

The extended dwell comes from the complete internal system rather than one soft layer doing all the work. The patent-pending Pressure X Core combines Gearbox's SSTCore™ carbon structural system and patented SST 2.0 carbon fiber rib structure with Micro Cell EPP/XPOP Foam and targeted pressure tuning. Carbon handles structure, stability, and energy transfer, while the engineered foam refines compression, rebound, vibration, sound, and feel. Pressure then fine-tunes how those pieces respond together. Carbon-to-carbon bonding and face ties connect the hitting surfaces through the core to help maintain structural continuity under repeated impact. SpinLock™ combines peel-ply friction, progressively exposed friction-renewing particles, and support from the carbon face and SSTCore™ architecture. The 8E keeps the offense of the Pressure X platform while giving us more time to shape placement, spin, and trajectory before the ball leaves the face.
