I have a very light grip. When to ball strikes the lower edge of my extended paddle it turns the face downward slightly and my next shot hits the net. Using the Tacky Towel stopped the paddle turn and decreased the ball into the net for me. Don't plan on switching hands with your paddle when sticky, but you improve your backand. For me this towel is greatly
