The SQAIRZ XRZ™ Pickleball Court Shoes provide these necessary attributes and even throw in comfort to provide us with a little extra confidence between the lines. Immediately upon slipping our feet into the signature wide toe box of this shoe we felt the proprietary Sta-Put lock our heel and mid-step into the easily cleanable, yet extremely breathable, closed cell Lycra upper.

When we finally got to play some pickleball in the SQAIRZ XRZ™ Pickleball Court Shoes we were thrilled by the secure balance and moisture wicking comfort that the aforementioned combination of materials and technologies provided. The NRG foam midsole worked with those attributes to drive us forwards, cushion impacts, and support our arches. Additionally, the herringbone-textured Smart Traction outsole teams up with a TPU shank to provide traction and stability that allows us to play every shot in our repertoire.

We stand behind the durability of our SQAIRZ XRZ™ Pickleball Shoes. We understand that the durability of any performance outsole varies based on playing conditions, intensity, and court surfaces. If the outsole on your SQAIRZ XRZ™ Pickleball Shoes wears through or becomes visibly degraded within six months of the purchase date, we will provide a one-time replacement.

Qualifying Conditions:

• Your XRZ™ shoes must have a visible hole in the outsole, exposing the inner material. This wear must result solely from normal pickleball play.
• The warranty covers outsole wear only and does not extend to the upper, midsole, or any other part of the shoe. Shoes that have been mishandled, intentionally damaged, or misused are not eligible.
• Claims must be submitted within 180 days of the original purchase date. Only one replacement is allowed per pair purchased.

How to File a Claim:

1. Contact SQAIRZ: Email info@sqairz.com with your name and purchase details.
2. Required Documentation:
• Photos showing the damaged outsole, highlighting the wear hole.
• A picture of the tag on the back of the tongue.
• Proof of purchase showing the purchase date and retailer.
3. Once approved, we’ll issue a replacement order.
