Free Shipping Details
We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $49. Free shipping orders will go either UPS Ground, FedEx Home Delivery (ground) or USPS Ground Advantage. Depending on delivery address most orders within contiguous 48 states deliver within 2-8 days, ground delivery times are not guaranteed. *Shipments under 5 pounds to Alaska and Hawaii are eligible for free shipping; if selected, this free shipping method can take as long as 10 to 15 days. (Free shipping offer excludes Puerto Rico, Guam, and Virgin Islands.)
$5 Shipping Upgrade
Need your paddle faster? Pickleball Central offers a $5 2-day UPS shipping upgrade on many small and light orders. Orders shipped via this method are subject to expedited shipping cut-off for processing as described below, and ship via UPS 2-day Air.
Daily Order Processing Cut-off Times:
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Processing and shipping times are quoted in business days. Most orders placed after processing cut-off time on Fridays and on weekends will ship the following Monday.
Our daily order processing cut-off time is 11:00 AM Eastern Time / 8:00 AM Pacific Time Monday - Friday. Orders with expedited shipping methods cut-off time for same day processing is 2:00 PM Eastern Time / 11:00 AM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. In short - if you order before the cut-off on a weekday we are committing to pick, pack, and ship it out to you that same day with a few exceptions for drop-shipped products. We ship most products from Logan, Utah. Certain large items that are drop-shipped from other locations are excluded from this same-day order processing policy. If an item is exempt from this policy, it will be noted in the product details for that item.

International Shipping
Orders shipped internationally and to US Territories are generally shipped with USPS International First Class or Priority which takes 6 to 10 business days. UPS international shipping is also available and will be presented at checkout on select eligible orders.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied by the carrier once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; Pickleball Central has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Refused international orders are not eligible for refund of original shipping charges. Address Changes & Special Requests
Pickleball Central will do our best to accommodate order cancellations, shipping speed and address change requests. These options are not available with some carriers or in some circumstances. In most cases we cannot cancel orders once they have begun processing for shipping; if you need to cancel or change your order Contact Us immediately by phone or email. If emailing about a cancellation or a change please include your order ID and the words "Cancel Order" in the subject line.

A. Most orders placed by 8:00 am Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day.
Q2. What counts as free shipping?
A. Orders $49+ ship free via our standard ground methods to the 48 contiguous U.S. states (AK & HI shipments under 5 lbs. also ship free; allow extra time).
Q3. I need my order sooner, are there faster delivery options?
A. Yes. Choose FedEx / UPS 3-day or 2-Day or USPS Priority at checkout for faster delivery. Many small and light orders shipping domestically are eligible for a $5 2-day upgrade.
Q4. Where do orders ship from?
A. Most orders ship from our Logan, Utah warehouse; drop-shipped items will note origin on their product pages.
Q5. Do you ship internationally?
