Gift Card FAQ
Are gift cards refundable?
Unlike many of our products, gift cards and certificates are not eligible for returns or refunds. Gift Certificates may not be transferred from one account to another.
Can I use one gift card to buy another?
Gift cards and certificates can be used to buy anything on our site EXCEPT for another gift card or certificate.
Do gift cards expire?
Gift cards and certificates have no expiration date, so there's no pressure to use them right away.
My gift card never arrived, what should I do?
Please contact customer service immediately. Physical gift cards and E-Gift certificates require an accurate physical address or email address accordingly. We are not responsible for gift cards that are undeliverable or not recieved due to an incorrect email or physical address.
Is sales tax charged on gift card purchases?
Physical gift cards and E-Gift certificate purchases will not incur sales tax, but purchases made with those cards or certificates will be charged sales tax.
Can I use a coupon code to buy a gift card?
Coupon codes do not apply to the purchase of a gift card or certificate, but they can be used where applicable on purchases made with gift cards and certificates.
