ERNE Portable Pickleball Machine
With design and functionality as head turning as its namesake shot, the ERNE Pickleball Machine is an exceptional tool for avid pickleball players around the world. This potently portable pickleball machine uses a sleek design and easy accessibility to get our attention, but it is its functionality that really keeps us coming back.
Once we pull the ERNE Pickleball Machine into position via the telescoping handle and off-road caliber rear wheels, we dump all 150 of our indoor or outdoor pickleballs into the spacious hopper and get ready to play. From there we use the included remote to select a feed speed between 1 and 10 seconds, a ball speed between 10 and 65mph, and a drill that controls the Stealthy Operation thrower. This thrower is hard to see while playing, preventing us from reading the angle and height of the shot for a more authentic training experience.
When we are finished for the day, we can pop off the hopper and effortlessly slide the ERNE Pickleball Machine into our car to take home and charge. 4 hours of charging with the included charge cord gets the 24V battery up to 90% charge, while 6 hours will achieve a complete charge. Once charged we can practice as hard as we want, and the battery will last somewhere in the 3-to-6-hour range. It always seems to last longer than our arms do.
Warranty and Return Information
Three Years Not Including Throwing Wheels, Battery, or Charger
Returns will only be accepted with proper return authorization (RMA number) and within 30 days from receipt of ERNE. Only ERNE, the AC Transformer and the Battery may be returned. Balls, pickup tubes and throwing wheels can not be returned. Please contact our customer service department via our contact form or our support department here: support@victorysportstechnologies.com to confirm eligibility and return instructions. A restocking fee of (up to) 25% will be deducted from refund amount for ERNE and a $50 fee for the AC Transformer or the Battery. Customer is responsible for all return shipping related charges. All returns must be pre-approved by VST and contain the RMA number that was assigned (in the box).
