Skechers is known for innovation in footwear technology. Could you share some insights into the specific technologies that make Skechers pickleball shoes stand out?

Skechers has developed several proprietary comfort and performance technologies that not only set us apart from others in the market, but also have lent themselves to elevating a players’ performance on the pickleball court. Some of these technologies include Skechers RelaxedFit™, a feature that provides space in the toe box and offers a cooling experience for feet that swell during play. Skechers Hands Free Slip-ins™ technology is incorporated in our control and speed styles providing additional lateral stability and heel lockdown. We’ve also incorporated Skechers Arch Fit™ technology into several of our pickleball styles for podiatrist-certified arch support and additional support in the midfoot during intense play.

How does Skechers support the pickleball community beyond providing high-performance footwear? Are there any initiatives or partnerships that highlight your commitment to the sport?

At the grassroots level, Skechers is partnering with a number of playing facilities across the country including Oasis Pickleball Club in Texas, Performance Pickleball in Virginia, and Pro Shot Pickleball in New Jersey, to name just a few. Skechers is also the official footwear of every major tour and organization in North America including USA Pickleball, Major League Pickleball, the Association of Pickleball Players (APP) Tour, the Carvana Professional Pickleball Association (PPA) Tour, the U.S. Open Pickleball Championships, as well as the Pickleball Canada National Championship. And the brand continues to help grow the sport around the world by recently adding Pickleball England’s English OPEN and English Nationals to its global sponsorship roster.
