John Bayer started 3 years ago in Chiang Mai. Played on parking lot and city saw him doing it, there was a basketball no one is using during day why don't you take it and leave by evening so kids can play. Made 2 courts on basketball court. Foreigners (forangs) and some Thai. From 27 and up! All play together. Thai ladies very good players. They get equipment from Thailand. They ask the couple to bring things over. Import fees are very expensive so bringing it back is easier. About 15 people play regularly. A national thing in Bangkok has a team competing in India. Schools in Bangkok are sponsoring and getting more involved. Everyone wanted Legacy.
