Replacement of defective paddle

My paddle arrived promptly, but was defective within a couple of weeks. The frame separated from the paddle. Pickleball Central was wonderful & prompt about replacing it immediately without question. They are very nice to deal with & were very responsive to my emails. Shortly thereafter we discovered 2 other paddles that were similarly defective but which were purchased elsewhere, so I will contact the manufacturer. However, Pickleball Central also provided me with the contact information for the manufacturer. They were very helpful.

I love the customized service I get from Pickleball Central. They can reliably mix the color of the balls unlike anyplace else on the internet. I don't know yet if the balls will last long. The last batch seemed to have some quality problems. Hopefully those are now fixed. PickleballCentral has no control over the quality of the balls they get from their vendor.

My partner has used a Blaster for over a year. I just bought one (and another for him). Paddle is so stinkin' light--I love it. It allowed me to return some shots that I have never got the paddle around on before...and it has incredible control for the soft game and crazy pop when you need to slam 'em.

You'd be surprised how much damage can result in paddles being placed in a carry bag and handled normally without covers. The manufacturers recomend not even slapping the paddles against your leg or hand. Dave at P/C will make sure you are happy with every purchase. Can't go wrong.
