As with my prior orders from Pickleball Central, the Paddle was received promptly in very good condition. Although used only a few times thus far, the Encore Pro has a comfortable feel and has good response for soft shots and harder drives.

Have not had a chance to play with it yet, but it feels good in my hand and I can hardly wait to play with it. I have high expectations for it use based on my previous use of the Encore Engage composite paddle. It feels a little heavier and should have a little more "POP" when hitting the ball which is what I am looking for in this paddle. Fast shipping and great customer service.
