Asymmetrical penguin pleated skirt

Nice skirt, well made , just did not fit well. Unfortunately all the clothing items I ordered were returned and the cost to return was much more than I expected. I should have read the return policy closer as I would have not purchased items I was not familiar with as far as quality and brand.
