The long-awaited follow up to the first immensely successful Ben Johns Hyperion CFS 16 paddle, the Ben Johns Perseus CFS 16 Carbon Fiber Paddle delicately pairs power and control to help you play to your highest potential. This 8.0-ounce paddle pairs a powerful elongated shape with a thick but poppy 16mm (0.63") core. The 11" by 7.5" Carbon Friction Surface and 5.5" long handle create the elongated shape that adds leverage and power, while the thick core and stiff "charged" carbon fiber face cause the ball to compress and linger just a tad longer which helps you control the ball and add spin that keeps it within the lines. The two-hander-friendly handle arrives wrapped in JOOLA's tacky Sure Grip and works with the elongated shape to help you create even more swing speed on drives and overheads.

The 16mm Reactive Honeycomb Polymer core at the heart of the Perseus CFS 16 paddle is what allows this paddle to provide you ultimate control in addition to the elongated power. This core uses a honeycomb design and injected hyperfoam around the edges, and thermoformed construction to properly pair pop with vibration dampening and a large sweet spot that helps you dink with precision, control passing shots, and place your returns deep in the court. Meanwhile, the 1/8" edge guard overlapping the paddle face protects the hitting surface to keep this paddle in tip top shape throughout a long season.
