I received this as a gift with the Diadem Warrior paddle and I was skeptical. However, by the time I received the order my knee was hurting a bit. This stuff is amazing!!! I put it on and in about 15 mins I was pain free and best of all, I use it before going to bed and it allowed me to sleep soundly. Highly recommend it and its potent at 1500mg for maximum effect.
